Pilotta Chair by Rodolfo Dordoni

Designed in 2007 this chair is still very much in demand. Do a google search for it and you find that they bring around $2000 for a chair. Built to last the test of time.

From designer Rodolfo Dordoni comes the Pilotta Chair, full-size and small armchairs, and ottomans. The chair is free of elementary geometrical shapes rather than a combination of sturdy joints and constructional technology.

Light and never spindly Dordoni creates solid quality with amazing comfort and solidity without excessive bulk. The basic elements are simple leather and wood compared to the legacy of Gio Ponti, and the teachings of Franco Albini.
