The Mosaic House designed by TNA Architects of Japan proves a home doesn't need a large foot print to make a big impression. At first glance it is obvious that this seemingly clean cut home has some unusual qualities, and I would say the designers made the best of an otherwise boring piece of real estate. As a minimalist I simply love the openness and uncluttered feel of the structure that has wood floors and ceilings in the bottom floors, and a full size sky light to brighten up the top floor with natural sunlight. This type of home works perfectly with the light modern furniture shown in some of the pictures which add to the character and shows up well in this type of environment.
