When I hear, “furniture shaped like the human body” an image comes to mind of something that would not appeal to home owners or business owners. I stand corrected though on “Bouloum” created by designer Oliver Mourque in 1969. This lounge chair is part art and part furniture, but mostly art. It is part of the Museum of Modern Art collection in New York due to its cool design. Uses for this product are most likely in lounge areas in commercial businesses or public buildings, but could also work in the right room of a home.
