The arrival of the baby in the lives of a couple living in a small apartment doesn’t necessarily mean that moving to a bigger place is in order. To prove that the architects over at Ateliers L. McComber have completely transformed a small loft in order to accommodate the baby’s room. The old bedroom has been completely transformed in order for both the parents and the baby to have an appropriate sleeping room. What the architects did was to turn the previous bedroom into a two-level room with the master bed safely secured on the top level. Below it you’ll find the baby’s crib and other furniture items that make it a fully functional living room. In the future the family would probably move out of the tiny apartment but until then the modified loft will offer plenty of space to this new young family. Via Ateliers L. McComber
