Italian designer Vincenzo De Cotiis is a very searched artist for his unique approach to design.Over the years he has developed a distinctive approach that he calls anti-design. Leveling a raw authenticity with a minimal approach through the re-appropriation of salvaged materials, Vincenzo's limited edition tables seem almost to grow out of the floor, or to take on unusual dimensions.
These rare tables are distinguished by their great versatility and are able to personalize any room in the house, from the living area to the bedrooms. Thanks to the many finishes available, various shapes, sizes and heights, these are able to match any interior with a contemporary style and be useful in various places.
Vincenzo De Cotiis tables give the look of an unfinished product, as he says, and are perfect for catching attention other then being useful pieces of furniture. He forges pure forms by following an organic process that allows the final product to retain traces of the process.
Many furniture manufacturers want De Cotiis' artistry, but even if he accepted collaboration with some, he declares that he prefers to work alone. Other than designing luxury interiors for private and commercial clients, he is well known as a furniture and lighting designer for exclusive Italian brands and for his own brand, “Progetto Domestico”.

Vincenzo De Cotiis combines the architect’s sense of space with a sensitivity towards tactile surfaces in his designs. Because his artworks are created from recycled materials like salvaged wood, reclaimed leather, and fiberglass sourced from shipyards, and he manually crafts almost each of his pieces, each limited edition table is incredibly rare, not being available in more than 10 pieces, or often, a single piece or two.
